Job Requirements
- Working knowledge of grades & blueprints
- 10+ years construction experience
Responsibilities
- Accountable for all aspects of construction activities & designated projects
- Assist General Superintendent in assigning project personnel
- Supervise, direct foreman & supervisors to ensure productivity
- Work with Project Engineer/Manager to develop project work plans
- Review daily budget reports
- Coordinate & schedule with project subcontractors
- Conduct daily project meetings with foreman and lean men on projects
