Job Requirements

  • 4 year construction or engineering degree/equivalent technical training
  • 3-4 years of construction engineering experience
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manage a team of varied disciplines
  • Supervise or train field engineer positions

Responsibilities

  • Assist management team in developing work plans and MTO’s
  • Manage project controls including job costing and timecard approval
  • Develop job essential data including quantity take offs and material price lists
  • Interface with onsite foreman to help interpret projects
  • Develops a procurement schedule and integrates it with the project CPM
  • Prepares and maintains quantity reporting & coordinates agendas
  • Plans, acquires, develops, supervises members of the project team
