Job Requirements
- 4 year construction or engineering degree/equivalent technical training
- 3-4 years of construction engineering experience
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage a team of varied disciplines
- Supervise or train field engineer positions
Responsibilities
- Assist management team in developing work plans and MTO’s
- Manage project controls including job costing and timecard approval
- Develop job essential data including quantity take offs and material price lists
- Interface with onsite foreman to help interpret projects
- Develops a procurement schedule and integrates it with the project CPM
- Prepares and maintains quantity reporting & coordinates agendas
- Plans, acquires, develops, supervises members of the project team
